Product: HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I love HP and own many HP products. I've been using my printer (Officejet Pro 8100) problem-free for years. It is a low-volume unit because I print a few sheets a month on it. Last week, I received the following error: Ink Cartridge Failure (Cartridges listed above are damaged or have failed. - Remove them and replace with new cartridges.) on two cartridges. I ordered the HP 951 3-pack (UPC: 886111609673) and got them in this morning. When I installed the new cartridges, I got them same error. After reading some posts in this Community, I powered down the unit, but still the same error. I'd appreciate any replies to resolve this frustrating issue.
