I bought my DeskJet Printer from a US store and because of military service, I now live in Italy. I bought compatible ink cartridges for my printer but now, the printer says that they are incompatible. Based on DAYS of EXTENSIVE research, I now know that I need HP to reset my printer to the region I now live in but, as with anything else, major companies screw their customers by leaving them in limbo when trying to ask for customer support and said companies never make it easy to access said support.
Can anyone help with a number or a way they got a hold of a human with HP to reset the printer to the current region?
