Product: HP OFFICE JET 4650

My HP Officejet 4650 is giving me a message to: Remove and reinstall the indicated (black) ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. I have since purchased brand new original black ink cartridges and I'm still encountering the problem. I have tried to troubleshoot by turning off the printer, all to no avail. Please Help!!!

I'd be happy to assist you with the ink cartridge issue.

 

Since you've tried two black inks already, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
