Product: HP envy 5055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had started a thread in early April regarding the message on my printer "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, etc.".  Had to take a break as I became too frustrated with the lack of a solution .  Decided to try again. but couldn't find original thread so starting a new one.   Has anyone out there who has had this problem come up with a solution?  Would appreciate any help.  Only other option is to replace the printer, and it will not be an HP printer.
