I followed all the steps they gave to help the ink cartridge connect. I've printed 1 page so I know there is definitely still ink. I thought it might be a 1 off so I tryed to get a new ink cartridge and that worked to print once then is doing the same thing with not connectng.

I understand that you are having issues with the cartridge error.

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you made any changes to your printer software or hardware?

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

 

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
