Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a HP Smart Tank Plus 555. Set up and everything is fine but after printing a few documents I get a message saying "Ink Cartridge not working" When I open the doors, open the cartridge and close them again, it starts printing. Any ideas what could be causing this message to keep coming up and how to stop it. Would be grateful for any advice.
