I opened an ink cartridge today from the factory sealed packaging and put it in the printer. It did not work at all. It printed nothing. I ran printhead cleaning multiple times, soaked the cartridge in hot water as suggested, and even put it in my second printer to no avail. The install by date is Jan 2024, but I buy 2 at a time usually since often our little Alaskan town options are few (or maybe I bought it already expire even!) and I've never had an issue with that before. Is this something I can have replaced by HP? This isn't the firs time is has happened. I think when our store gets them, they're there for a bit or they don't have them at all, but they are CERTAINLY not cheap. Thanks for any help!
