HP Recommended

I replaced my black and color ink cartridge with an HP 65 for my HP Envy printer. The previous cartridges were HP 62. Black and Tricolor. Not meeting success with the installation process. Screen keeps circling printing canceled????  Please help!  office Max sold me the 65 cartridges and told me they would work?!???
