I recieved my ink but this is the second time it does not work. My printer keeps showing, "Problem with Cartridges." It's a brand new cartridge. I made sure it doesn't have orange tape on it too.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer ink cartridges.
Kindly refer to the step "All other ink cartridge errors" from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
