HP Recommended

Hi, my HP Office Jet 5200 will not print black despite the ink being full. This happened within the first 6 months of owning the printing and I figured it was a faulty cartridge and replaced it but now it’s happened again and sadly is out of warranty. This is HP Inks.

I have completed all cleaning and alignment cycles on the device to unclog it and have removed the cartridge itself and confirmed through multiple methods that it is not clogged. Even the printer shows it’s half full. Reading up on it, it sounds like there was a fault with these printer heads. I don’t want to keep buying new ink every couple of months when I need to print.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
