I haven't used my printer in a while and then today when I went to print I got a "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed" message. So then I realized the ink was low, I went and bought new ink and replaced it and now that message keeps popping up for the black ink. I've tried everything, all the steps I find online.. can someone help? Is my HP shot?

I understand that need to know that print black and white print will the color cartridge is also used.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
