I recently got given a hp officejet pro 6960 printer from a trusted person who wouldn’t give me it if it didn’t work. When I turned it on it said the yellow cartridge was installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced so I bought a new one. When I put that cartridge in a new notification came up saying that all the other cartridges are for an older printer. I then downloaded the hp smart app and connected to hp instant ink, however it’s only sending me a yellow one as it can’t connect to the other colours to see what their levels are. I was wondering if I need to buy a full new set off the cartridges or if there’s a way I can order them through instant ink so that all the colours come. Or if it’s not worth it and I should just buy a new printer. Thankyou
