It all started on May 8th. I was working with a Tech and remotely worked on my PC and Printer. Installed new drivers etc. but finally came down to it telling us that we did not have HP Ink installed and or was not enrolled into Instant Ink, which I have been for years. They sent me out 4 new ink cartridges which I installed them earlier today and finally got to print a couple of pages and after I printed one from my phone all hell broke out again. I did a reset and then it came up telling me that the cartridges would not work unless or until I was enrolled with Instant Ink. I called Tech again and this id were I am at,
He wanted to try and set it up using a printer cable in which I could not locate one, He is to call me tomorrow. I hope I can find a cable in time. This is turning out to be a nightmare....
