I bought a new OfficeJet Pro 8630. I jointed Instant Print. Set it up, printed test pages. Then the printing stopped. Said I needed to use the cartridges that came with the printer and printing would be blocked until fixed. I was using the correct cartridges so I called support. Was told that there was an issue with the cartridges and HP would send me more. I received the new cartridges today, installed them and still gets the same error. I need the printer for business. Has anyone had this problem. If so, do you know how to fix it. Can't speak with anyone at HP until Monday.
