I put a I inserted a new genuine HP 62 Black Ink Cartridge into my HP Envy 7643 and it would not print correctly. It appears that print lines are missing. I tried cleaning the print head, aligning the print head, but nothing worked. I then put another new HP 62 Black Ink Cartridge into the printer and the problem went away.
How do I obtain a replacement ink cartridge under warranty?

This might require one on one interaction.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
