HP Recommended

My estimated ink levels are showing the half way mark for both black/white and color cartilage. However, when I go to print, nothing is printed on the page. Should I purchase a new ink or printer. I'm afraid if I purchase more ink and it still doesn't print, I will waste money on expensive ink. 20230723_202133.jpg
