Pro 6978 ink
Microsoft Windows XP

Last year I couldn't get ink at any of the stores for my HP OFFICEJET Pro 6978 because the BLUE wouldn't work and then after 3 months the person at Staples told me it was recalled.  So I lost $80 since the cartridge that I bought was BRAND NEW and they wouldn't refund it, just took it back and gave me a store credit.  As a teacher working at home,I had no way of printing anything and HP won't let you print in just BLACK unless ALL of the ink work which is ridiculous!  Now, I have been printing from school and havn't needed my home computer much.  Today, I tried printing that a cartridge that I have only printed 10 pages with and none color and it won't work. I get online to find that the CYAN is now recalled!!!  Then I was told the printer should be replaced!!! I don't have the money for a NEW PRINTER and there is NOTHING WRONG with this printer!!!  So HP OWES ME A PRINTER AND INK!  How do I get this accomplished!!!
