Hello
I have been subscribed to HP Ink for quite some time. I have tried to pause my subscription but was charged for overage from the previous month. I have now canceled my subscription because I cannot speak with a customer service representative. Will I receive the ink supply I have paid for to this date? My cancellation begins in Mid-November, In all the time I have owned my printer I only received one (1) black ink cartridge. This seems very expensive for a service I thought would be a benefit.

Hi @ReSendInk,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your frustration with the HP Ink subscription service. Here are some important points regarding your situation.
- Cancellation and Ongoing Charges: Since you've canceled your subscription, it typically means you will no longer be charged for future monthly fees. However, the cancellation might not take effect until the specified date (Mid-November in your case). Check the cancellation confirmation email for any specific terms regarding the effective date.
- Ink Supply: Generally, if you've been charged for a subscription and ink was not shipped before your cancellation, you might not receive any additional ink. However, if you were charged for a specific month and the ink was scheduled for delivery during that period, you may still receive that ink.
- Considerations for the Future: If the subscription hasn't met your needs, you might want to explore other ink purchasing options. Sometimes, purchasing cartridges directly can be more cost-effective.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
