DeskJet 2700e all in one

Hello,

What is toner and printhead used for? Do I need to change or replenish them somehow at some point after I get new printer? Does anyone knows, when I should to test print something in order to prevent ink to dry out or something that will ruin cartridge before it will expire? Is there special maintenance required for toner and printhead or it is all about just ink to keep an eye on?

Regards,

Robertas

Any periodic maintenance is handled by the machine, which means as long as  you leave it plugged in and powered on (it can be set to go to sleep) it will work to maintain the print quality as required, no interventions normally required by the user.

Thanks. I can't mark it solved because I don't know if you are correct and it is hard for me to tell what is correct when I am only beginner level printer and low volume user. However, if I will ever remember to get back to you once I will know answer, I am definitely will back to you. Finally, if you believe you are, be proud of yourself.
