Called to get warranty on HP 21, which malfunctioned after about 5 uses. Was told that they can no longer process warranties on HP 21 ink, even though the warranty date on my ink was 2022. They then tried to subscribe me to the HP Instant Ink program and sell me a new printer.

 

I'm done doing business with this company.

If you have a valid proof of purchase you can claim your defective cartridge to get a new one.

Yes, I referenced that page, but ended up contacting HP support on the phone, and was told that they could no longer process warranties on that ink. I was never asked about proof of purchase.
