Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently purchased a replacement HP678 cartridge for my Ink advantage 2545 printer. On loading the cartridge the computer shows that it is an non compatible cartridge. 

 

I have tried cleaning the contacts and loading the previously working cartridge and I am encountering the same error.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
