Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Good day Community, since few weeks my envy photo 6230 cannot print out as on the display an error message comes out stating "impossible to recognize black ink cartdrige. Please remove It and change". Today I did as suggested buying a new orginal 303 ink cartdrige buy nope ti get It sorted out. Still the sale message comes out. How can I solve the issue? honestly, I do not want ti buy another cartdrige and wasting money without any solution. For your info, printer firmware Is updated.

This could be an issue with the printer ink system or the ink cartridges.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
