Hi.

 

This is the second time this is happening to me and I'm getting tired of spending hours to get the printer to print properly. When I try to print it's all smudgy or it prints in stripes. Most of the time it prints a word and nothing else. I've tried to clean and run diagnostics and nothing works. I don't get a error message on the cartidges and the ink has not expired. The last time I had to pay money to speak to someone on the phone to tell me I need new cartidges, and they kindly sent me new ones. But I cannot do this every time I have to print something, or buy new ones when the cartidges are barely used. I've tried everything, and spend so much time trying to solve this. There's supposed to be a guarantee on the cartigdes, but I dont know who to concact since I got my current cartigdes from HP last time I had the same issue. 

 

Can anyone help me?
