The inkjet cartridge 64/303 won't install with my officejet 3830. I have tried multiple times, cleaned the strip with a damp cloth . Any other suggestions?

@Mike7531, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This model printer uses HP 63 ink cartridges in the US. You are using incompatible ink cartridges. Kindly use HP 63 ink cartridges to resolve this issue.
