I am trying to replace genuine HP cartridges with genuine HP cartridges but keep getting message one or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged. I have even tried putting the previous cartridges back in but still can’t get rid of message or use printer. I’ve followed all the self help steps but still can’t get rid of message.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the error persists and if you are getting the same error for both old and new ink cartridges, this could be an issue with the printer.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
