Hi @Sakshiborana,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ink cartridge is leaking and you are unable to print, there are a few steps you can take to try and fix the issue.
- Clean the printhead: If the ink cartridge is leaking, it may be causing the printhead to become clogged or dirty. To clean the printhead, go to your printer's settings and look for a "clean printhead" option. Follow the prompts to complete the cleaning process.
- Check the cartridge: Take the leaking ink cartridge out of the printer and inspect it for any visible damage or defects. Make sure that the cartridge is properly seated in the printer and that there are no obstructions blocking the ink from flowing.
- Replace the cartridge: If the cartridge is damaged or defective, it may need to be replaced. Purchase a new cartridge that is compatible with your printer model and install it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Remember to always handle ink cartridges with care and follow proper disposal procedures to avoid any environmental harm.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
