I purchased my printer HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer while living in the UK and used 305 ink cartridges.
I have recently moved to Canada where 305 ink cartridges are not available but 67 are compatible with my model after checking https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/ink-paper/hp-deskjet-2700e-all-in-one-series/model/2100187852. When I tried to change the black cartridge it stated that the cartridge is incompatible.
How do I fix this? How do I request a regionalization fix??

Hi @MC0220,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
To access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

by following your instruction sucessfully reset my printer. Thank you very much!
One thing to share is that:
the reset window is found by click hp smat app setting->about, then in the empty area of the window ctrl+Shift right click. This is different from the official instruction.
