Hi, I have a problem regarding my Printer Cartridge.
After purchasing new cartridge the printer says Cartridge Not Recognized. For your kind information I have to point out some information so that you will understand the issue clearly. 1. I have purchased HP Deskjet 2630 All-in-one-printer from Middle East. I got two Cartridge with the printer. Cartridge Name: HP 123 Black & HP 123 Tri Color. These worked fine.
Now I have moved to Netherlands(Europe Region)
As the Cartridge HP 123 finished, I have searched the same cartridge in Netherlands but couldn't find one.
Upon researching the same supported cartridge in NL is 304 which I got it but unfortunately the printer responds as incompatible cartridge
An error message shown that Cartridge not recognized or missing. Then I tried to use HP 123 cartridge, it works well but obviously low on ink.
So, now I have to use HP 304 cartridges in my HP Deskjet 2600 series printer.

I'd like to help!
I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
