Ink cartridge not recognized in HP Deskjet 3720 after moving to another region

Hi

I have recently moved from New Zealand to the UK and realized my printer HP Deskjet 3720 did not recognize the locally purchased HP 304 ink cartridge - phone app displaying “Incompatible Catridge” 

I understand there might be a way to reset the region in order to make it work. Can anyone pls help to send me an instruction? Thanks a lot.

I'd like to help!

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
