Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

I got this printer from a friend. I got original ink cartridges and it was working. I printed 1 time. I accidentally unplugged it since I needed the plug, when I plugged it back it started saying the cartridge was empty or not aligned. something like that.

It is original HP ink and also new I got it last week, how come not read it?

I checked firmware and also drivers are up to date, since I just installed. it :(( What's wrong? I have mac OS Ventura 13.2.1.
