Hp envy 5530 printer. Message says Ink Cartridge Problem. The following ink cartridge must be replaced.
I’ve replaced it with a new cartridge but the message will not go away and I can’t print. How do I remove the message?

Which cartridge is indicated as having the issue? Have you tried removing that cartridge and printing in single-cartridge mode (to verify which cartridge is the issue)?
