Printer came up low ink, so I changed the black cartridge like I always do. It told me cartridge problem, so I replaced all the in cartridges(it was awhile), still said ink cartridge problem either empty or defective cartridges. Sent them back got new HP installed them still the same thing. So then I cleaned the print heads. Still having the same problem it tells me my cartridges are empty, when I look in troubleshoot there are x's in my cartridges. Please help

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
