hP sucks, their reps will not even admit the ink was recalled they made up some stupid story thinking i would believe them.

and of course they continue to do business with stupid china,

I have the instantink plan and recieved 2 shipments.  one iwth both magenta and cyan and one with just cyan.  All made in Malaysia.  I have looked at the dates and they all say 2022/09 but there is not day.  Is there another way to tell if these are bad?  or should i just install and see if i get the error message?

"Kindly wait a few days" ?  It is now November 16, almost ONE MONTH later, and STILL nobody can purchase the ink anywhere.  Why sell a printer when you can't produce proper ink for it?  The lack of concern and response from HP is absolutely appalling.  People count on these for their jobs, you know, as many of us are working from home. 

 

My suggestion to everyone is to never by an HP printer again, and tell your acquaintances about this experience and why they should avoid HP at all costs.

The lack of responses from HP  shows me that they don't value their customers;. I did get a message suggesting I contact insta-ink, which is not going to happen. I have wasted enough time getting absolutely nowhere. I will not buy hp ever again and I will share my negative experience with everybody I know
