Product: HP DeskJet 3720 All-in-One Printer

I have the HP DeskJet 3720 All-in-One-Printer.  I have purchased the correct size cartridges (65) from HP through Amazon.  I just tried to insert the 65 XL cartridge, and the ridge on top is in the wrong place.  It will not slide into my machine.  I have used these before with no problem.  The warranty on the cartridge is 04/06/2023.

 

I just want a replacement sent, and cannot find any place to do so on this entire website.  Nor can I find a place to actually talk to a person.
