Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

Original ink cartridge (black) has a number 64/303 804. Because of poor print quality I've been experiencing lately, I searched for that number on Amazon, which showed me a cartridge with just 64 on it, stating it works in the HP ENVY 7955e all-in-one printer, which is what I have. However, it is a good inch shorter than the original cartridge, and I am afraid to install and try it. Anyone have experience with this issue?

Does the ink cartridge have Instant Ink stamped under the numbers?

Hi, and thank you for your response.  I realized that the cartridge I was replacing was the original that came with the printer.  The replacement I installed fits and works just fine.  Again, thank you.

To answer your question, the ink cartridges I had to replace were not provided by the Instant Ink program; they were the original cartridges that came with the printer. I apologize for not addressing your question in my reply yesterday.
