Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

New color ink cartridge on HP Photo 7800 printer. Cyan will not print. Cleaned printer heads twice. Magenta and Yellow printing fine. Even tried a hard reset. Not sure what to do next.

Update FIRMWARE

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridge or printer is faulty.
