Good afternoon, I bought a black cartridge for my HP OfficeJet 3833 printer on 03/11/2023, but when I inserted it in the printer, the message "the indicated cartridges are not suitable for this printer" appeared.
Contacting the store where I bought the cartridge and asked it to give me back the money or give me another cartridge, he told me to contact your support. How can I do? thanks you in advance.
