Product: HP DeskJet 3632
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

A few years ago, I bought a DeskJet 3632 in Australia where ink cartridge 63 is used. Moved to the Netherlands where the cartridge 63 is not sold, and instead the 302 cartridges are used here for the DeskJet 3632. However the 302 cartridges do not work in my Australia deskjet. It seems a firmware update is needed so the deskjet will accept the 302 cartridges. How can HP provide that update so I can continue using the deskjet? Thank you.
