My Ho Envy 7155 started saying that the black cartridge was not communicating properly with the printer. I replaced it with 2 different brand new HO cartridges and still got the same message. I cleaned the cartridge contacts and printer contacts. I tried single cartridge mode and started getting the same message for the color cartridge. Are my print heads bad? And if so can I replace them?

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer. This could be a hardware issue with the printer.
