Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I just recently bought a 2-pack  ink cartridges from Walmart.   One 65 black cartridge and the other a 65 tri-color cartridge.   

I installed them hoping to print off some paperwork for work mostly being nothing more than black words on a white background with a small logo in red not even 1"x1".  I printed 20 pages, and no more than 10 more basically the same layout, black ink being the main color used and very little color.  Yet, somehome my tri-color cartridge is empty after printing 30 pages, and my black ink cartridge is completly full.

I have being trying to contact support about this issue but I'm having major issues doing so.  Any suggestions?
