I have bought ink from the store but for some reason when I try to print it kept saying I had to sign up for the ink service. I don't want to keep being limited with how much I can print when I bought the ink and paper from the store! I'm sick of this limitation! How do I turn it off. I just want to print without having to be subscribed!

@Bonnie0923, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Could you let us know if the cartridges you're using are regular HP genuine cartridges or Instant Ink cartridges? If they’re Instant Ink cartridges, they only work while your Instant Ink subscription is active — once the subscription is paused or cancelled, those cartridges stop working.

But if you’ve bought standard HP cartridges from the store (not labeled “Instant Ink”), then you should be able to print without being signed up for anything.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
