  • I purchased new ink cartridges printed two pages now the cartridges are not communicating with the printer how do I get warranty replacement ink cartridges
  • Already removed them reinstalled removed and wiped off the copper connections and restarted the printer none of these worked must be bad cartridges

To request a warranty replacement for ink cartridges you need to contact HP Support to ask for it.

 

Options for contact:

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.

This created a case and they just closed it,

No comments no direction nothing, 

Just said you reached warranty dept we are closing your case.

Terrible support...$50. For ink that will not work..

Thank you for trying to help, it is really appreciated!!

Sad that HP has no way to contact them other than some burried dispute process.

And customers have to rely on other good hearted customers for warranty support. 

50. Is a lot of money these days and doesn't go far...maybe after all these years its time to look at another mfg when I need to upgrade.
