Product: HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am currently enrolled in the InstantInk payment plan, and I have installed the inks that were mailed to me. It worked completely fine the first few time I used it. This is probably my 4th time turning on my printer to try and print off some stuff, but it says that there is an error to my color cartridge and suggested cleaning it. I cleaned the port, including the bit where the ink comes out, re-inserted it, re-start the printer but it is still showing an error message. I know people have been saying I should try re-inserting my old ink cartridges, but I have already thrown away them. How should I proceed?
