Hi , i have been using hp 678 ink with my printer but past like 1 months my printer was printing on single catridge mode and now when i inserted the black ink it says incomptible catridge , i have cleaned the contact points with a cloth , i have never faced this issue before , ink catridge is bought from amazon from same seller i always buy from
