I bought hp inkjetpro 8025 secondhand, and after using it a few times, it stopped printing due to an ink issue.
They just said "cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information".
What should I do?

Welcome to the HP English Community --
Second hand printers sometimes come with their own baggage.
In the case of ink issues that appear to relate to Instant Ink, it is possible the previous owner had subscribed to the Instant Ink Service, decided to abandon the printer, and just left the service attached without having cancelled the contract. Unfortunately, it's a common practice: Toss and Forget
If the printer was subscribed to Instant Ink, and assuming the printer came (to you) stocked with ink that does not now work, then at the very least, you'll need to remove all the Instant Ink / Subscription cartridges from the printer and purchase a new set of HP ink cartridges.
If that is not enough, contact Instant Ink Support and ask for help to check / remove the printer from the previous contract.
What?
The printer might be tied to the service contract -- useless now in the context of a new owner, of course.
The printer can be extricated from an old subscription -- Doing so might require the help of an HP agent.
If you have already replaced the ink that came with the printer (those cartridges marked "Instant Ink") and the printer will not print, then I suggest you contact Instant Ink and ask for help.
Be prepared to provide some sort of detail on how you purchased the printer and whatever else you know about the device.

Reminder
Instant Ink is OPTIONAL.
Regardless of the ads, any persuasion otherwise, and whatever you read, you need not subscribe to the Ink Service to use the printer.
