I have spoken to MANY support people, and nothing is being resolved. We have ALWAYS bought HP products, so when our printer went a few years ago we bought an HP printer from staples, traded in our old ink and got the type that works with our new printer. Just recently we replaced one of the original inks we bought and got a message that it was a generation cartridge and could not be used. We called and several HP people told us what to do since they said it happened when they did an update. Well, everything we tried did not work and we have hundreds of dollars' worth of inks we cannot use now. They said HP would work with us to try and replace them, but NO ONE is helping us. That is a dirty trick to do an update and now we can't use our inks anymore. We want the unused ink replaced so we can continue to operate and use our HP products. How do we get this done?????
