Office jet pro 8025

Bought 3 of the same black ink cartridges 910xl on Amazon even though the printer came with ink that size the new black ink is way off. Too skinny/ yet reads 910 XL for an office jet pro 8025. This is crazy and very frustrating especially during tax and Covid!! II need a new printer NOW!! After going on this chat after 2 hours of wasted time on mine and in the phone it’s so crazy! The whole lack of transparency about this ink problem, along with horrible support is unacceptable. Im sorry so many of us have had a frustrating experience. My confidence in HP products is gone. What a waste of money!

Ill order an Epson all in one inkjet for $100 and hope that works🤍

Yes, this printer uses HP 910/XL ink cartridges in the US region. Are you not able to insert the ink cartridges in its slot?

To know how to insert the ink cartridges, kindly refer to - Replacing Ink Cartridges

Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

If the issue persists, kindly send a picture of the ink cartridge in your next post.
