Hi, I purchased ink on September 24, 2020 at Staples. I have a receipt. I print about 44 pages a month on average, which is show in the HP Smart app. However, this ink cartridge is empty and I printed less than 44 pages in the last month - about 20. I would like a refund for a damaged cartridge. Please give me a customer support number so I can have this resolved.
Best,
Paul
