I am having problems with my Black ink. When I print the black texts don't print properly.
Although it shows that my existing black ink is half available, I replaced the existing black ink with HP 62 Black. But I get a message saying there is a problem with the one of the cartridge.
I have 2 questions:
1. Why is the printer showing the cartridge half filled when it is time to replace the ink?
2. Is HP 62 Ink incompatible with HP OfficeJet 5220? What ink is compatible then?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
