Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

This problem developed over the past 4 months.  Using HP cartridges all color printing is off.  Colors are way too dark and off...shade is wrong, color is wrong etc.  For example after a cartridge cleaning and alignment the yellow boxes are tan...this is with a new cartridge.  When I try to print a photo there is a distinct purplish cast to it and it's way too dark.  I need a fix or else I need a new printer.  I did try some different cartridges...Office Depot to see what would happen....same issue.
